CEO, Family Principal
Wilf co-founded Sibner in 2018 and has led the team since then, establishing first lettings and property management, before expanding the company's business to include development and bridging finance. As Managing Director, he heads up operations across the Sibner Group, while also taking on some key development projects in collaboration with Sibner's key Partners.
Head of Funds
Ed joined Sibner Capital to grow the premier investment proposition to a wider network of investors. Previously Ed has worked as head of Investment at a property development and investment firm, and prior to this Ed spent the majority of his career in Wealth Management at Rothschild & Co, leading on product development and private wealth portfolio management.
Head of Lending
Matthew joined Sibner in 2026. As Head of Lending, Matthew is responsible for the wider lending strategy and runs the day-to-day side of the lending business. Matthew has previously held roles at AlphaReal and BLME, and has experience in the public sector and with town planning consultancy.
Head of Technology
Lewis is CTO of Sibner Group and provides technology expertise and oversight to the Sibner Investment Management team. He is the head of our technology team and previously worked as a Data Scientist at British Telecom whilst pursuing a PhD in Artificial Intelligence. He is now using his technical knowledge to lead both the Software Engineering and Artificial Intelligence teams to build cutting edge technical solutions.
Accounts Manager
Kyle joined Sibner in 2026 from Gen II Fund Services, where he specialised in private equity real estate and fund accounting. An ACCA-qualified accountant, he has worked with institutional investors, developers and real estate investment platforms across a broad range of investment and development structures. At Sibner, Kyle leads the Group's financial management, overseeing reporting, forecasting, treasury and compliance matters. He works closely with the investment and lending teams, providing financial oversight and transaction support across the Group's investment and growth activities.
Fund Associate
Marcus Nagle joined Sibner Investment Management from venture capital firm SuperSeed, where he worked across investor relations and fundraising supporting relationships with institutional investors, family offices and high-net-worth individuals. Marcus holds a degree in Economics and a Master's in Finance. Having lived and studied internationally, he brings a global perspective to private markets and investment management. At Sibner, Marcus supports capital partners and the continued growth of the firm's private credit platform.
Alex started his career as an officer in the British Army, before working for a leading European investment bank. After gaining an MBA at London Business School, he joined Palmer Capital, now Fiera Real Estate UK, becoming chief executive in 2008. He grew the AUM from nil to over £1bn of third-party capital, sat on boards of 12 of the most active property development companies and established a Pan-European real estate debt business.
James is a Chartered Surveyor with over 30 years' experience in real estate. He has worked in the UK and overseas, including stints at JLL and Cushman & Wakefield. James subsequently led the finance advisory business at Crestbridge UK for three years, sourcing conventional and Sharia finance for property investors and developers. He has extensive experience in the commercial and residential property classes.
Nick is founder and director of Square House Consultancy and has over 20 years of operational and strategic experience in the UK property sector, until 2017 holding the Property Director role at FTSE 250 Grainger Plc. Nick's experience has also seen him work extensively with national and local government to shape housing policy. His expertise also brings an unmatched depth of industry knowledge to the Sibner RE Fund team.
Robert Wilson is Chartered Surveyor and MD of R2 Developments Ltd, a private Development and Property Investment company that specialises in the acquisition and delivery of high end residential and commercial projects. Founded in 2014, R2 is a company with a significant family heritage and backing, with projects across the UK. Robert started his career at Davidsons Developments, the family housebuilding company based in the Midlands, which was set up after the sale of David Wilson Homes, and along with his time at Savills he has gained a depth of experience in the development sector.
Tom is a non-executive director of the Sibner Group family office but has spent his working career at Tesco, spending the first 8 years in technology and e-commerce, ultimately leading the technology development and service of Tesco's online businesses in the UK, Europe and Asia. He transitioned to the Commercial Team in 2019, initially leading the central trading strategy during the Covid Pandemic and is now Category Director for Fresh Produce and Horticulture.
